I had an a rib dorsal onlay graft placed into my nose to raise the bridge. However, the graft has made the bridge too high, elongated my face, is crooked, and made my tip droopy. I would like to remove the graft so that it looks more like my original nose. Would this be possible, i.e. make my nose less prominent & shorter like it was pre-surgery? The bridge is so high it creates a triangular shape whereas I preferred the more rectangular so I want it wider.
