Can bridge width be restored in the nasal bone area where a medial/lateral low-high osteotomy was done in primary rhinoplasty?

My bridge is now more tapered at the surface of my nose, like a triangle, narrowing from my face (base of my nose) towards the surface of my nose (apex). I think is a result of the lateral osteotomy? Before it was more boxy/broad and didn’t taper off towards the surface of my nose from my face/base of my nose. Possible to restore volume on sides of bridge too? Having said that, will it be easier or harder to add width to the bridge? What techniques would be used to widen the bridge?
