Thinning on skin, following rhinoplasty steroid injection

Hi, In April 2022, I had septorhinplasty done. I had a lot of swelling which didn't ever fully settle down and therefore in February 2024, my surgeon did a steroid injection into my nose for the swelling. The swelling has gone down quite a lot. However, I have noticed that there is a hollow bit, like a dent, on the top of my nose. Any advice? Do i need a revision?
