Updated: How to reverse the excessive alar base reduction? Good day I' ve a rhinoplasty and the doctor also excessively reduced my alar based. I just asked only for them to raised my nose bridge and nose tip during the consultation but the doctor also performed alar plasty . She excessively reduced my nose wings by cutting my alar base... And she also made my nose slimmer and small... Which I didn't ask from them. Now as a man I think it's not suitable for me to have a small nostrils. They made my nose slimmer and my nostrils too small. Now I am planning to do revision but problem is my nasal base has been removed what should I do to get my nostrils a bit bigger? Give me some encouragement po .. I had a rhinoplasty and alar plasty but it was a disaster, they made my nose bridge so tall, tip so round , they reduced my nostrils excessively.. I look like a kangaroo....

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, it is possible to reverse the alar base reduction to give you a more natural look to your nose during a revision.
