Hello! I am interested in revision rhinoplasty as I just want the tip of my nose smaller (pics attached). However my surgeon said this would be a complicated procedure with risks of asymmetry, septal perforation, allar collapsibility and increased nasal blockage etc etc. So I got scared as imagined! I am a little confused as people have revisions all the time, therefore why is my case more risky? My nose job happened in 2018 so it’s been a long time since I have had surgery and I am also 31!
