Would a tertiary rhinoplasty build up the top of my bridge? (photos)

I had a revision this year and my bridge was augmented. For the first month it looked great but then the top part of the bridge just started getting lower and lower. My side profile looks TERRIBLE now. I am so conscious of it. The top part of the bridge looks exactly how it did pre revision (photo attached) I am so depressed...can a tertiary rhino help to build the top part of the bridge back up as well as take out a piece of cartilage inside the left nostril left behind after the revision..:(
