Do I have enough fat for 1000cc in each cheek and hips for a BBL? (photos)

Question

I am 37 yo, 5’4 126lbs and looking to get a bbl and to be artistically sculpted. I been wanting a bbl for awhile but was told I don’t have enough fat awhile back but I have put in some weight now. I want it to be worth the money and get a great result . Am I a good candidate?

Hello. Thank you for your question. Your photos indicate that you have a very good starting point for your BBL. You have a natural shape to your torso and buttock regions. Liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, and peributtock regions will result in a nice contour and harvest of fat. You seem to carry some volume of fat in your thighs, so liposuction of the inner thighs and anterior regions will definitely help increase the volume. I believe that you will get close to 2000 cc, maybe not exactly, but this can be transferred to the buttock regions nicely. Best of luck! Liposuction will remove excess fat from unwanted areas creating a shape that accentuates your hips & buttocks. Fat transfer to your hips & buttocks will bring out your curves, increase volume in your buttocks and improve shape. Your expectations and health will dictate the best procedure(s) for you. The amount of fat available for transfer to the buttocks is hard to estimate without an examination, and of course it depends on which areas you will undergo liposuction to. I hope this helps. In this regard, I recommend you waist and back Liposculpture, getting better curves especially in the waist, improving your body contour.

Finally, I suggested take the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection, is that we know as "Brazilian Butt Lift" (BBL).

I don't think you need to worry on the exact number of cc for each side as depending on your height and frame that may be way too much. If patients do not have sufficient fat from the usual areas of the abdomen, flanks and back, you can add areas like the arms and inner thighs. It looks like you would be an appropriate candidate.

You are a slender patient and you do not have fat enough to transfer 1000 cc’s of fat per side. 
That means doing a 4000 Cc liposuction where almost 50% do the fat is damaged and only 50% usable.  Buttocks implants in combination with lipo and fat grafting could add some more volume (not huge as your wish photo) and shape.  
The photo is your wish result is an unrealistic expectation. You don’t have that bone frame of the  image.

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Hello and thank you for your question. The answer is yes! You have more then enough fat for 360 lipo BBL. Just remember that you need to keep that weight on, in order to maintain your results. Gaining weight after surely will also increase the size of the BBL. This is because most of the fat cells from your tummy, love handles, waist, flanks and back, will soon be “living and thriving” your butt and hips. They will behave just like they did before, growing and shrinking with weight gain and weight loss.

It is hard to say if you will have 1000cc of pure fat for both sides, but I’m sure more then, or at least 3,000cc of liposuction can be achieved.  Another issue is how much fat can actually fit. Some patients have tighter skin then others and this may limit the amount of fat that can be grafted. This is probably not an issue in your case, but it is hard to asses with photos.
