Mommy makeover for fit person? 36 YO 5’9” steady weight of 135. Mom-of-4 with twins + 2. I run 4 times a week am athletic. Looking for breasts that look NATURAL and compliment frame + activity. Curious if tummy tuck is okay for an athletic person? I don't have much saggy or excess skin. Wanting to + breasts & flatten the lower tummy bulge & refine thigh/butt. Should only lipo on tummy, waist AND THIGHS (see pic) to re-shape - or will the tummy tuck + breasts be best for outcome?
