I am looking to have liposuction of belly, waist, lower back, upper back, arms and tummy tuck surgery with breast reduction surgery plus breast lift. I have been trying to lose weight for years and after 2 kids both via c-sections, I haven’t been able to lose beyond my current weight and I have tried every diet possible. Currently work out at the gym 5 days a week ( 1.5hrs - 2hrs each day ) and all I still struggle to shift the weight and I am on a strict diet as well. My BMI is around 37.5.
Answer: Mommy makeover Based on your pictures I would recommend you lose weight first for a better result before considering surgery, then proceed with a liposuction of all areas, tummy tuck and breast lift.always see a board certified PS.

Answer: Selecting procedures It appears you would enjoy the benefits of the procedures you are considering. Typically surgeons will limit elective plastic surgery to 6 hours or less. Please note that liposuction does a great job at removing excess fat, however it does not address loose skin. Because of this you may want to consider an arm lift versus liposuction to that area. You will want to be at a stable body weight with a BMI of under 30 in order to keep your risk profile low.

Answer: Looking for a mummy makeover? Thank you for the question and pictures. Based on your photographs, you will likely be an excellent candidate for breast lifting and tummy tuck surgery at some point.Generally speaking, it is always best to achieve long-term stable weight prior to proceeding with body contouring surgery. Doing so, will increase the safety of the operation, will likely improve the outcome of the operation, and will decrease chances that additional surgery will become necessary subsequently. In my practice, I do not ask specific patients to achieve a specific weight prior to proceeding with tummy tuck surgery. I simply ask patients to achieve a long-term stable weight where he/she feels comfortable and does not expect significant fluctuation postoperatively. As you know, recruiting other professionals such as personal trainers, nutritionists, physicians who specialize in weight loss concerns etc. may be helpful to you. Best wishes.

Answer: What is the best procedure for me at a weight of 100kg (220lbs) and at 5”4 ft (162cm) Looking for a mummy makeover? Hello dear! Thanks for the photos and provided information as well. Based on your photos you are a good candidate for a mommy makeover, which in your case will consist in tummy tuck, liposuction and breast lift with reduction. The combination of a liposuction with the a traditional tummy tuck has become a very common procedure. It is safe to combine the two procedures mainly to address the hip and flank areas. This is a very effective way to extenuate the contour of the waist along with the abdominoplasty. In general you may be a good tummy tuck candidate if: You are physically healthy and at a stable weight, You have realistic expectations, You are a non-smoker, You are bothered by the appearance of your abdomen. The breast lift can be done simultaneously, just keeping in mind that all depends on your health and labs test. And i think you'll look amazing. Weighting above the established weigh increases the risk of complications during and after your surgery, the BMI range is 30 and it is important have a stable weight in order to have any surgical process. I recommend you maintain your weight in a healthy range and then consider the surgery, you will achieve amazing results. I also recommend to visit a board certified plastic surgeon for a person evaluation and to talk about your goals. Good luck :)

Answer: Body contouring surgeries It would be ideal to have your weight closer to a BMI of 30 before considering these type of extensive surgeries. To get the best results it is likely to take 3-4 procedures. I would not combine the full list of procedures that you have. Possibilities in my hands would be 1. Bodylift 2. Breast reduction (& possibly some abdominal revision required) 3. Upper back lift + Brachioplasty. Liposuction of all the areas you have listed is going to cause the skin appearance to worsen as you already have loose skin - this would need to be excised. Be sure to see an experienced surgeon and make a long term plan of goals & procedures depending on your priorities. All the best
