Hello, I have these crusty patches on my nipples after my surgery. I noticed them at 20dpo. My skin is very dry on my breast and stomach (also had TT) and I am wondering if these crusty patches are dry skin or something else starting. As you can see from pic the patches are a little darker than nipple color. I don’t have discharge and my nipple incision site is absolutely outstanding.

Although your raised platelet count might not be a problem I would recommend that you talk to your plastic surgeon. He/She might want a hematologist to look at this and give advice. A second test might come back normal.
