Curious to know if I could get BBL w/o a tummy tuck? (Photos)

In most cases, liposuction and BBL can performed even if tummy tuck is indicated if pregnancy in the future is planned. A general surgeon can repair your hernia; once healed, you can have the lipo/BBL.

Although it would be safe to do both procedures, BBL with a Tummy tuck because the abdominoplasty is perform with a complete abdominal plication, and this will solve the problem with the hernia. based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

You have an umbilical hernia (may have some more weakness of the tissue around it) which is very common. This may be repaired at any time (before, during or after a BBL and tummy tuck [TT] procedure.
My issues are not with giving you advise to have it done pre-operatively (which is fine), my question is where are you going to get sufficient fat to perform a BBL. You appear to be quite skinny. When performing a TT, there may be liposuction of your flanks and back, but not of the front of your belly because the blood supply to the belly flap must not be interfered with.
I agree with fixing your hernia first. Then asses for a BBL.

I’m not convinced you need any operations.
You don’t appear to have any significant skin laxity so I don’t see the indication for a full tummy tuck.
If your bellybutton hernia bothers you then get it fixed.
I also think your body shape and contour is excellent. If you want to do fat grafting then it’s a free world and you’re welcome to do that.
If you want to have cosmetic surgery then the process should start by having multiple in person consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeons.
