Is my odd hairline a result of hair loss?

Hello , I am 22 years old and unfortunately, my hairline is already a concern . When I was younger I had some vellus hairs on my temples , as well as the front of my hairline . As I’m getting older , the hairs are becoming very thin and my forehead looks much bigger . I also have some weird scalp exposure in the front of my hairline that doesn’t seem to want to grow hair there . I want to make sure I don’t have frontal (hairline) alopecia.

There is no doubt that softening forehead and brow bonny prominences will help. This can be done using hairline, zig-zag incision. In the same time, hairline may be lowered (2-2.5 cm.) what will further camouflage prominent forehead. Hope this helps. Good luck.

"From what I gather from your photos, you appear to be a suitable candidate for forehead reduction. I typically make the decision for surgery after a physical examination of my patients. Forehead reduction will result in a tighter forehead area and achieve facial balance.
