Really narrow face, forehead looks very curved from side to side, just NOT the type of broad handsome face that is desirable. How much work would need to be done to achieve a nice broad forehead, flatter forehead broader cheekbones, and maybe make the chin shorter? Long forehead, chin and long midface makes face look even narrower.

This is probably not from any falls but your genetics. The bony prominences could be shaved down to be flatter. Find a surgeon who does forehead lifts. However, if you ever develop a receding hairline, the scar will be visible. Some improvement could be done through smaller incisions.
