My face is long, nose is too prominent and i would like to know what procedures would improve my face. I have looked into forehead reduction, chim reduction, rhinoplasty, eye threads etc i just dont know myself what woulld make the best and biggest improvement I have had fillers in my lips, nose and cheeks. And botox between my eyes
Answer: Hairline and chin I would recommend moving your hairline forward/aka reducing your forehead and doing a genioplasty. Hairline advancement is going to help balance out the upper 1/3 as well as being less prominent. You have great brow shape so want to draw attention there, not at FH skin. With your chin, I would narrow it, reposition it down, and just a little bit forward, but would have to see in true profile. With your upper 1/3 and lower 1/3 now being shorter and longer respectively, it would be harmonious in proportions. The rhinoplasty can reduce the projection, refine the tip. Only other thing to think about would be cheek augmentation. That would help draw eye away from nasolabial area, prevent tear trough, and make your nose look a little less projected. With moving hairline, you could do a glabellar muscle resection and brow pexy same time.

Answer: Nose surgery Between all the procedures you have considered it appears that subtle rhinoplasty would be the most appropriate; possibly cheek augmentation with fillers? I do not think that your forehead is too high to require reduction? Hope this helps.

Answer: FFS In my opinion that doesn’t substitute for a in-person exam but based on your photos it looks like you could benefit from a upper liplift, a corner liplift, a lower V-Y, a rhinoplasty, a medialized corner liplift, a 3D liplift as well as an endoscopic mid-face lift.

Answer: Chin and forehead reductions Hello. There are two main reasons why you don't look feminine. The first is the shape of your chin and the second is the width of your forehead. While women's chin is more rounded or V-shaped, men's chins are more square. Therefore, we should shave the edges of the chin and make your jawline more prominent with fillers or implants. We can combine this surgery with forehead reduction surgery. You should find yourself an expert and experienced surgeon. Please check our Instagram account and RealSelf photos. You can get more detailed information about me, ask all questions about your case and sending your photos to my assistants at the number on my profile. You can also book an online consultation and discuss your problems with me. Best regards.
