Hello all. I am at a bit of dilemma. I am ready to lower my forehead about 2 inches, fix my side alopecia problem I have a wide forehead so Im looking to narrow it as well and get my nose augmented about a 1/2 cm to bring out my side profile to have it look less flat. The measurments from the top middle portion down to where my eye brows begin is 3in & 4cm. I feel like a have a beautiful canvas just a few imperfections
Answer: Forehed reduction and ethnic nose surgery No doubt that you may benefit from well planned and executed forehead reduction surgery; this will lower your forehead, reduce temple boldnes and lift brows. You may need more than one surgery to correct temple area? Hair grafting may be considered as well? Nose augmentation by means of ethinic rhinoplasty would be procedure of chice regarding nose improvement. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with experience with both procedures or, if needed, multiple consultation for these two, equally complex procedures, is recommended. Good luck.

Answer: Rhinoplasty surgery Hello! Thank you for your question.I have tried to evaluate your case from the photos you provided but I would need better photos (taken 1meter away at least) to make a better evaluation. Anyway, from what I can see, I don't recommend you a forehead lifting (because of the scar it may leave). I recommend you a hair transplant instead. For the rhinoplasty, it looks like you are suitable (I need of course more informations about your health to confirm). You will most probably need rib cartilage to reshape especially the tip. Your nose is a little bit wide, it can also be smaller with a rhinoplasty surgery.

Answer: Hairline lowering or grafts and rhino? Hello ! It is generally recommended to address any underlying issues such as alopecia before considering hairline lowering surgery. This is because hairline lowering surgery involves moving the position of the hairline and creating a new hairline, which may be more difficult or not possible to achieve if there is significant hair loss or alopecia present. In some cases, hair transplantation or other hair restoration treatments may be recommended to address the alopecia before considering hairline lowering surgery. This can help to ensure that the hairline is positioned correctly and that the results of the surgery are optimal. Ultimately, the best approach will depend on the individual's specific needs and circumstances, and should be determined in consultation with a qualified and experienced hair restoration specialist. They can assess the individual's hair loss and determine the most appropriate treatment plan to achieve the desired outcome. Based on the pictures you provided, an augmentation rhinoplasty, in good hands, could benefit you. It is best to opt for a rhinoplasty expert. Rhinoplasty is a complex surgical procedure that requires a high level of skill and expertise to achieve the best possible results. Choosing an experienced and qualified rhinoplasty surgeon can help to ensure that the surgery is performed safely and effectively, with a reduced risk of complications. I hope this helps, best of luck !
