Would I need forehead reshaping/contouring? (photos)

Hi, from being a small child I always fell on my head resulting in large bumps that never went down. Resulting in my having a large protruding forehead, this has plagued my life with bullying in childhood and adulthood. My anxiety and confidence issues have left me with no proper romantic relationships or quality of life in general. Forced to wear a hat where ever I go or hide will long hair all my life. I 'm just wondering if anyone can help. Thank you!

I do a log of cranial surgery. Adjusting the back of the head can be done with a bone cement, or, with an implant that is a synthetic biocompatible material. A CT scan is usually needed in advance.
