Is It possible to transfer fat in my case? (Photo)

There are varying opinions as to the volume of fat that can be safely and reliably transferred to the breasts. The general consensus is that one cup size is probably the maximum. Many feel that one half cup size may be more realistic for most patients.

Fat transfer is a great option to enhance your breasts. Typically, we treat the mid-section as a unit so you would want upper/lower abdomen, hips and waist which will easily yield at least 2 liters of pure fat so volume will not be an issue. Thank you for sharing.

Your breasts are asymmetrical in volume, shape, and position. I recommend a circumareola approach to even the nipple-areola complexes. I also recommend placing more fat in the smaller breast first. I can usually get 200-300 cc of fat but not 400-500 cc of fat. The larger breast will need less volume than that.

based on your photos you'd be a very good candidate for a fat transfer to your breasts. 400 - 500cc would be achievable if done correctly.

Before venturing into surgery your surgeon will likely ask you about your goals , if it is just a minor increase in volume (half a cup size or so) then fat grafting might be an option , I would caution against excessive volumes when fat grafting as you need all the fat transferred to be in contact with vascularized tissue as it needs to form new blood supply since it is avascular, excessive grafting will lead to fat necrosis and potential complications. multiple grafting sessions might be necessary.That being said if, your goal is a better shape then an implant +/- a lift will be a better option since implants have more structure than fat and can help shape the breast and much more volume can be added during the index surgery.I hope this helps, best of luck!

Approximately 1000 cc of fat can be removed from the abdomen. From the inner thighs, if the skin quality is sufficient, about 600-700 cc of fat can be removed. Since there is no sagging in the breasts, fat transfer can be performed. In each session, around 300-350 cc of fat can be injected into each breast. A second session is recommended after 6 months.

Yes, fat can be injected, but typically you gain up to one cup increase in size. If too much fat is injected, some dies and the volume is lost. However, the transfer can be repeated if desired. Don't inject fat if you plan to loose weight.
