This is a good procedure for patients that want to avoid implants at all costs and are fine with a small increase in size. You would be a good candidate for this as there would be sufficient aft to harvest from your lower and upper back, abdomen, waist, and lateral thighs.

At size 34 A, each 100 cc of volume corresponds to 1 cup size change. However, only about 60% of the fat survives so you will need 150 cc of fat transferred to achieve a full B. However, you appear quite thin. One area that fat could be taken from is the anterior thigh and also from the flanks. Your right thigh appears slightly wider than the left so the fat can be taken from there as well.

Breast augmentation should not use bra cups as a goal, especially when using fat. The best donor site for you are your lateral thighs. Fat grafting is limited not just by available donor sites/volume, but also recipient site characteristics. Expect a modest increase in breast size, but a 'full B' cannot be assured.

Thank you for posting your question here!Fat grafting to the breast even in a much bigger person with abundant donor sites will usually take you up half a cup size or so , it will rarely get you a full size. In your case you also lack significant donor sites. If you are trying to get to a full B cup at this point you will likely need an implant. you can use some minor fat grafting as an adjunct to improve the cleavage and upper pole areas and thicken your breast tissue to hide the edge of the implant , but you don't have enough to gain the significant volume you are looking for.I hope this helps, best of luck!

It seems that fat can be taken from the hips and inner thighs. However, I must mention that the person performing the procedure needs to be very experienced in this area. Since you don’t have a lot of fat, if oversuction is performed, it can cause difficult-to-repair damage, such as indentations or skin sagging. From the hips, a maximum of 150-200 cc can be removed, and from the inner thighs, a maximum of 150-200 cc can be removed. So, a total of 300-400 cc of fat can be obtained. For each breast, approximately 150-200 cc of fat needs to be injected during each session. Usually, the desired increase cannot be achieved in a single session. However, it seems unlikely that 600-800 cc of fat will be available from you in two sessions. Therefore, hybrid breast augmentation might be a better option for you. With a 200-250 cc breast implant and fat injection applied simultaneously to the inner and upper parts of the breast, you can achieve a nice and natural breast enlargement.

Just based on your photos, you appear to only have extra fat in your outer thighs. For you, I recommend implants for a better long-term result and can achieve the size you want.

Based on your nice series of photos, you do not have any donor available that would allow breast augmentation via fat grafting. Best to gain weight if possible otherwise you are not a candidate for Lipo rafting breast in my opinion. If you’d like, I will be glad to virtual consult with you.
