Fats taken from the abdominal area can be prepared and easily injected into your breast area. However, there are some situations that limit us here. One of these is to inject fat in high volumes. While there are not many problems with an average of 400cc of fat infection, fat cyst formations are seen in fat injections above this. If you want to stay in the safe area, an injection of 400cc will make you happy. You have a slight nipple symmetry. If this asymmetry bothers you, a lift around the nipple will correct the asymmetry.

There are two options in front of you. The first of these is either fat injection after the implant and capsule are removed. If you do not want a very large breast, this asymmetry can be solved with an injection of 300-400 CC. The other option is to put a new generation implant after the implant and capsule are removed if you do not want to lose fullness. A better result can be achieved if a light fat injection is added.

I think my recommended respect is a bit low for the C-cup you want. You probably had breast asymmetry before the surgery. After the surgery, when the implant was placed during the same size, this asymmetry became more apparent. I got lipo 360 with Dr. Orman back in December and I absolutely LOVE my results. It looks so natural which is a plus!! I finally have the hourglass shape I always wanted! Its all free for them so they don't have to pay for the hotel. The hotel I stayed in was lovely and I did meet some lovely lady's that have some surgery so it was lovely chatting to them and we still stay in contact now.
