Am I a candidate for a breast fat transfer? I suffer from fat accumulation in the abdominal area, along with small breast size. My weight is 61 kg, and my height is 158 cm. I would like to know if it is possible in my case to transfer fat from the abdomen and thighs to the breasts. If this is feasible, how many grams can approximately be injected into the breasts in my case? Is it possible to inject 600 grams into each breast? Would the amount of fat and breast tissue allow for this? If not, what is the approximate amount that can be inject
Answer: Fat injection Fats taken from the abdominal area can be prepared and easily injected into your breast area. However, there are some situations that limit us here. One of these is to inject fat in high volumes. While there are not many problems with an average of 400cc of fat infection, fat cyst formations are seen in fat injections above this. If you want to stay in the safe area, an injection of 400cc will make you happy. You have a slight nipple symmetry. If this asymmetry bothers you, a lift around the nipple will correct the asymmetry.

Answer: Fat transfer Dear Charming446718, fat transfer breast augmentation is a viable alternative for women who desire larger breasts without the use of implants. Fat transfer is also widely used in reconstruction of the breast after a mastectomy or lumpectomy. It can also be very effective in correcting the size and shape of the breasts due to genetic problems such as tuberous breast or Poland Syndrome, two conditions that look like misshapen or underdeveloped breasts. In addition, the following scenarios are also reason to consider breast fat grafting:• If you have chest areas that appear creased and sunken• If you desire more permanent correction than is provided by temporary fillers• If you wish to improve your body contour, revise scars, fill bodily depressions and rejuvenate the natural curve of your breasts• To fill in contour irregularities or hide obvious signs of breast implantsYou should discuss your concerns with a board certified plastic surgeon and make sure your surgeon understands your concerns and your breast augmentation goals. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Fat transfer to breast You appear to be a great candidate for fat transfer. The higher the volume transferred, the higher the chances of complications like fat necrosis, and oil cyst formation. I would recommend transferring no more than 400 mL per breast at one time, although other surgeons may have different experiences. With the Viality fat washing system (including their fat membrane stabilizer), take rates can be as high as 80%. There should be no need to over transfer.

Answer: Fat grafting You can definitely fat graft but not 600 grams per side. More in the order of 200 gms per side. The excess fat grafted will likely not survive and result in either fat necrosis or dissolve.

Answer: Fat transfers Unfortunately, you have not told us your bra size. If you are size 32 or 34, each 100 cc of fat corresponds to 1 cup size change. If you are size 36 or 38, each 200 cc of fat corresponds to 1 cup size change. However, not all of the fat survives so you would need 150 cc transferred for 100 cc of fat to survive if you are size 32 or 34. If you are size 36 or 38, you would need 250 cc transferred for 200 cc of fat to survive. 600 cc of fat transferred is not realistic. Your breasts are asymmetrical and the nipple-areola complexes are pointing outward. I recommend a simultaneous circumareola lift to reposition the nipple-areola complex and transfers more fat to the smaller breast to make it more symmetrical. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
