Upper bleph with browpexy. Will I feel anything during the procedure? Is it uncomfortable?

I am having an upper bleph and a browpexy under local anaesthetic in a few days time. Not going to lie, it is stressing me out, but I really need to get rid of the extra skin and brow going south. I have a prescription to take the edge off and settle me a bit, but will I feel anything during the procedure, is it uncomfortable? Are the needles huge? Thanks for the question.  Eyelid surgery is typically done under local anesthesia with or without IV sedation.  Usually patients feel little to no discomfort, but will feel touching and pressure at times.

If your doctor has given you some oral medications to use, then you should use them as directed.

The needles are small. We usually put numbing cream on strategic places that make even the anesthetic injection unfelt.

The local anesthesia is wonderful.
