I am a 25 year old female, and I have these deep depressions/indents on my buttocks that won't seem to go away. I noticed them when I was 14 years old, and have no idea how I got them. I did Cellfina almost a year ago, however there was zero results from that. The indents are still there. I have also gotten over 10 RF treatments to help with it, with no improvements. I've done research and wondering if subcision with fat grafting will help? I marked the pics of indents for reference. Help pls.

Answer: Cellulitis Dear insideout25, You might consider Cellfina to reduce the cellulite. Patients are usually satisfied after the treatment (over 90 %). I would suggest you to consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon with experience with Cellfina. Answer: What's the best treatment to help get rid of these deep depressions and cellulite on my buttocks? (Photos) Hello dear! Thanks for the question and provided information as well. Based on your pictures, you are a good candidate for liposuction with fat transfer, to improve your buttocks and fill the dents, and I think you'll get very good results. In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less. l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know. Good luck :)
