Is dead skin normal after getting a FUE hair transplant?

User Avatar

Will be 3 weeks since the surgery tomorrow (Tuesday) After I shower I see a lot of what looks like dead skin around the transplanted area. I started to lightly rub them when i shampooed with my finger tips. I saw hairs coming out as well as some white skin. I know that it is normal for the hair to fall out and that most (if not all) will fall out and then new hair will start to grow in a few months. Is it normal to have this dead skin after a fue? Can I scrub harder to remove the dead skin?
