Will Using aloe Vera oil in first week in first week of hurts grafts or make any change for hair growing?

If you just had FUE Hair Transplant and after 3 days if you just gently put aloe Vera oil at recipients and donors, will grafts get hurt or kill them.? Or it’s just normal unless you rub it or topped ? Just general question, thank you everyone for you information and time..!
