I had my primary rhinoplasty last year, and the tip is severely over-rotated and pointy. I cannot stand looking at it, and was wondering if work could be done to just round the tip? i don't mind the slope, i just want this pointiness gone. would fillers work to fix this too?

A closed revision rhinoplasty is certainly possible, however it needs to be done under general anesthesia. The photo shows an over-rotated tip and a hanging columella. All incisions are placed on the inside of the nose. Consider a chin implant for the recessive chin profile.
