I am 14 months post open, primary rhino. A temporalis fascia graft was used and my tip shortened. Post surgery, my nostrils look high. That said, I can’t imagine going through surgery again. My body didn’t like the anesthesia and the trauma triggered seborrheic dermatitis. I don’t think my skin can handle another external incision. Is there a fix using local?
