I had closed rhinoplasty December 2017 to reduce a dorsal hump (my tip was not touched). About a year later I noticed "dents" on the sides of my nose forming. My plastic surgeon put filler in 2019 on one side but it did not do much. After research it appears I have an inverted V deformity. Will a revision surgery fix this? Is it a complex surgery with high risk?
