My nose looks worse after rhinoplasty. Can this be fixed with a revision? (Photos)

Your nose definitely has excess scar tissue underneath the skin and you have relatively thick skin. Your goal pictures are people who have thin skin with the outline of the underlying cartilage structure clearly visible. I do think that with revision your tip could be improved but some roundness or softness is inevitable. Choose your surgeon carefully and be prepared for monthly steroid injections to minimize scar tissue.

Sorry.... your secondary rhinoplasty deformity is not uncommon and is the result of overly aggressive dorsal resection particularly at the ‘keystone’ area where the dorsal cartilaginous septum meets the nasal bones... violation of this area typically causes collapse, asymmetry, dent, inverted V deformity, etc.

Your issues can be addressed via a revision rhinoplasty with structural grafting including spreader/splinting grafts.... good luck
