I had a septorhinoplasty 6 years ago. I have noticed that one of the grafts is very visible in some lighting. It feels as though there is a gab above it as well but it is the shape of the graft. It seems as if the graft has moved out of place or something. Can this be moved back into place? Should they both be removed? It looks like a bump or lump, almost like a cystic pimple.

A closed revision rhinoplasty is certainly possible, however it needs to be done under general anesthesia. The photo shows an over-rotated tip and a hanging columella. All incisions are placed on the inside of the nose. Consider a chin implant for the recessive chin profile.
