Hello doctors, i had weir excision done two years ago to reduce nostrils flare/size and reduce base but i really dont like it. I dont know if it was done too agressively or if maybe i didnt need it in the first place, but i find my nostrils to be way too small and "vertical" now and my nose overall look pinch, too small and unatural. Is it possible to reverse what has been done? If not what can i possibly do to enlarge my nostrils a little bit more so it looks more natural? Thank you very much!
