A year and a half ago I had a primary rhinoplasty. A bump was shaved, spreader grafts placed, and my tip was deprojected. All of this resulted in a wide looking nose. It appears wider than before. Can spreader grafts be trimmed and if so, does it need to be an open procedure again?
