Plastic surgeon says skin is too thin and stuck to scar tissue/cartilage for revision rhino. Can anything be done? (photos)

Is there anything else that can be done? I hate how it looks the tip is totally uneven. He said the skin is too think and stuck to scar tissue so too risky to try. I have been reading about steroid injections could they help me? He also said it's likely it will keep changing and getting worse. I am devastated
