You should get the implant out immediately.  After removal, especially if it is a large implant, you will need another rhinoplasty to fill the space that the implant occupied.  Otherwise the skin will contract into a potentially irregular and abnormal state.  This would ideally be done fairly soon after the implant is removed but only after the infection has resolved.  This can be a few weeks if you are treated adequately for the infection with antibiotics.  During revision, I would advise you receive augmentation with cartilage from your own body.  For most surgeries of this type, I would favor rib cartilage.As for fees, I doubt many surgeons would charge much at all for the removal of the implant--it is quite easy and fast to perform.  The revision would be the more complicated and costly step.  But first things first--have that implant removed now!

The implant needs to be removed sooner than later.  This typically leaves are chickenpox like marked on the nasal tip.  After the skin is completely healed you will need surgical intervention to make it better.  Leaving the implant any longer can lead to serious infection as well.  The cost varies between $1500-$5000.RegardsDr. J

You have a serious problem which needs to be addressed soon. The implant has eroded through the tip skin and needs to be removed before it does further damage. If the implant is not replaced with your own cartilage the skin will shrink and scar resulting in unsightly creases over the bridge. This is a well known complication of silicone implants and I strongly urge you to get this taken care of soon.
