19F 5'7 130-140LBS unhappy w face shape being so round. Not sure WHAT makes face appear so round tho (& thus don't know which procedure to get). Cheekbone and jaw both equally wide & both widest parts of my face. This would be fine but I have very full cheeks (definitely not lacking any buccal fat that's for sure). my guess: maybe this would be ok if my chin wasn't vertically short(not recessed) from front profile. what should I focus on/fix/what procedure?

Myth missing some of the back teeth does not influence the ability together chin implant.
I would say however that if you are likely to need a root canal treatment, it would be preferable to do this before having the chin implant, if they are related to the lower...
Providing that you do not need major lower jaw surgery, chin augmentation with implant may be a reasonable option to improve facial
