Do I need chin implants and a rhinoplasty? (Photo)

When I look at your photos, you seem to be a suitable candidate for rhinoplasty and a chin implant. However ,I need to conduct a physical examination to confirm this definitively. With a chin implant, I provide my male patients with a more masculine, rectangular type of chin implant.

I think you could be a suitable candidate for both, depending on what aesthetic you are going for. If you are wanting to increase the length of your nose, perhaps considering a chin implant is a great idea because it'll help go along with the lengthening of your nose. Good luck!

The width of your nose is too great. You may need this made slightly narrower and increase your tip projection. You would also benefit from a chin implant.

a chin implant and a rhinoplasty can be performed together or separately. Chin implants if done separately can be done under local anesthesia as an outpatient procedure, while rhinoplasty must be performed under general anesthesia. You would get more of an improvement from a chin implant itself, since your nose looks pretty good already.
