I had breast lift with GalaFLEX (along with lipo 360, and LBL) and noticed my lateral breasts remain boxy. My surgeon said he left them like that intentionally as I planned to add larger implants. I’d like to know what needs to be done to revise the lateral part of my breast? I’m so self conscious and have never seen anyone’s breasts look like this after a lift. I’d like to add implants soon but don’t know what to do with my breasts looking the way they do. Thank you for your help!

You have a two-fold problem - dilated areolas, and loss of breast volume. A cut around the areola can reduce the diameter of the areola, and perform a lift. A short vertical scar under the areola may left after this procedure - “lollipop” lift. Fat grafting to the breast is not a reliable way...
If you have any donor fat, it can be transferred, but not at the same time as the lift for best viability. I recommend doing the explant and lift first. Six months later, you can add fat.
