What can be done to revise my Breast Lift?

Unfortunately, you have not provided photographs or told us your bra size. Surgeons usually use a vertical scar technique that does not provide adequate lift. You may need a revision of the breast lift but more information is required.

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

You did not post photos so I cannot be specific. With the boxy look, you have some excess skin which can be trimmed and tightened. I would suggest discussing your concerns with your surgeon and the options.
