Migrated Tragus - can this rip be repaired? (Photos)

Super devestated :( tragus has a small split/notch where it ripped through. Can this be repaired/stitched? How will the procedure work? Will the split close on its own? Is it even worth it from a cosmetic POV?

Well, now that you've pierced it, the only way to tell if it becomes a problem is time! Otherwise, I would've wanted you to check with a surgeon first before getting it pierced. ;) It is what it is, but I think you will be fine given how these photos lookk.
