Revision otoplasty - Is this overall goal realistically achievable? (Photos)

I had an otoplasty 8 years ago (ear pinning and earlobe reduction), but I was dissatisfied with the results. Since then, I’ve consulted 3 different surgeons about a revision and received 3 completely different surgical plans. My main concerns are: 1. Noticeable asymmetry: my right ear is pinned back more than my left, and its earlobe is longer. 2. The frontal shape of my ears, particularly the right ear: the upper part protrudes outward and angles away from my head. (Please compare the "current" and "edited" pictures by switching back and forth to see how I would like my ears to look.) My questions are: As shown in my pictures, one of my goals is to pin back only the upper part of my ears without changing the position of the middle and lower parts—something I’ve never really seen in before-and-after photos. What surgical techniques could help achieve this? Is this overall goal realistically achievable? Feel free to use medical terms, and to say anything you’d like to add! Thank you
