The earloop mask elastics sit exactly in the crease behind your ear and not pull the ear forward and therefore after a week of healing, you should be able to wear the mask. You may be able to place the mask on and then wear a headband on top of it so that there’s gentle backward pressure against the ear to counteract any traction from the mask on the ear.
