Based on my history of bilateral earlobe keloids, would you recommend piercing my ears again? (Photos)

Hello Doctor, I had surgery in May to remove large keloids from both of my earlobes. The keloids were completely removed. I did not receive steroid injections, radiation, or pressure earrings after surgery. My ears appear to have healed well. I would like to get two new lobe piercings in each ear. Based on my history of bilateral earlobe keloids, would you recommend piercing again? If it is possible, how long should I wait after surgery, and are there any preventive treatments (such as steroid injections or pressure earrings) that could reduce the risk of the keloids coming back?
