Is it possible to remove an ear piercing hole? (Photos)

Hi, I want to get my seconds piercings removed on both ears. I am more concerned avout my right one, which is attached. What procedures can remove the hole and divot? I want it to look like it was never pierced. Thank you!

The earlobe can be restored with a flap reconstruction using the tissue behind the ear and below the ear. The tissue is attached initially and then the attachment has to be separated once the blood supply had re-grown in. This is a 2 stage procedure. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
