My eyes are a bit downturned, my lower lid is retracted and I have a deep crease. i want to get a temporal brow lift, but when I tried stretching my skin my eyebrow tails raise up and I loose my arch. Is there a way to prevent this? Could I possibly have the incision below my brow instead of hairline?

Answer: Can I get a lateral browlift without changing the shape of brow or eyes? Yes, I have done over 500 lateral browlifts and have never seen more than a very temporary change in shape lasting a few weeks and that is u usual. If the surgical dissection is right I. The bone the brow comes up as a sheet and although fixation is lateral the entire brow moves in a subtle and natural way.

Answer: Lateral Brow Lift The most common lateral brow lift is done from within the temporal tuft of hair to avoid a visible scar. The position and orientation of the incision and skin removal can be adjusted to achieve the results you desire. This can be worked out face to face in a consultation with a surgeon highly experienced in brow lift procedures. Without photographs its hard to comment any further about your specific anatomy and options. To learn more I recommend a consultation with a surgeon highly experienced in brow lift procedures.
