Endoscopic brow lift uneven eyebrows. What can be done to fix it? (Photo)

Hello realself community! I had endoscopic brow lift done a few months ago and my eyebrows look very asymmetrical. Right after the surgery they looked good and then one had fallen.I feel a strong pull on the higher side and almost nothing on the lower side. My doctor said I have a hyperactive muscle on the higher side and nothin can be done but I’m looking for a second opinion. Can the endotine be adjusted under local anesthesia? What can I do to fix it? Please help I can’t live like this!

It is not so infrequent to see asymmetric result after endoscopic brow lift. That is usually result of swelling and tissues slipping from Endotine plate. It is best to correct it as soon as observed, in local anesthesia. For asymmetry several months old, new, unilateral procedures can be done without use of endoscope but replacement of Endotine  plate is necessary. Good luck.

It is very probable that the device used to secure the elevated position of the lower brow has failed. Your surgeon should be able to fix this. Good Luck!

Before seeking surgical revision I recommend a few sessions of unilateral Botox to lower side to see if elevation can be achieved. If this does not work then surgical revision of the lower side is indicated.
