Am I a candidate for a mid-facelift and brow lift to correct downturned features? (photos)

Hi am I a candidate for a midface lift and brow lift to correct my features that are turning down? I have done threadlifts, filler and devices over the last 3 years but nothing nonsurgical helps anymore. I have developed lower eyelid ptosis and feel I look sad and puffy, not like I did a few years ago. I am also considering buccal fat removal and facetite for the jawline. What combination of procedures would be best? Thank you for your thoughts.

It is very probable that the device used to secure the elevated position of the lower brow has failed. Your surgeon should be able to fix this. Good Luck!
