Over the years the area between my eyebrow and upper eyelid has become heavier. Just to be clear, it isn't that the eyebrow position has changed, I actually have very high arched eyebrows. And, it isn't eyelid skin that would be improved with upper lid surgery. I notice when I pinch a little skin under the eyebrow it fixes the issue. Is there a procedure that can do this?
