29yo 182cm 68kg athletically built & fairly fit. Since I was a teen I struggled with “bulky armpit fat” that would hang out of my bras/ bikinis/ any sleeves top or dress. I have always been exercising regularly&healthy weight and fairly low body fat % that leads me to believe I have a severe case of axillary breast tissue. Can a breast augmentation with very large implants correct this issue by stretching the skin and filling the “groove” or will an additional procedure be required? Thank you.
