For your body/chest type and BMI, an average cup size is equivalent to 175 ml (cc) implant. So, if you want to go 2 cup sizes up, range around 350 would be adequate; any of these tree volumes will give you good result providing appropriate placement. Consider high profile! Good luck.

The type of breast implant can be selected taking into consideration the shape of the breast that the patient wants and the breast form each patient has. It is necessary to consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon, not only to choose the right prosthesis, but also to know where it will be placed in front of the muscle, behind the muscle, behind the muscle fascia, and some other pertinent information for the breast augmentation. Your surgeon will be the best source of information regarding implant selection since this process typically involves measuring breast dimensions, assessing tissue thickness and skin tone, etc. These features can't be properly assessed using a photograph. Also, it is difficult to predict a person's final bra cup size because there isn't an exact relationship between breast implant size and bra cup volume. Hopefully your surgeon can help you pick the best implant size based on your body type and goals.

It seems like you have done your homework, and I lean towards the 350 or 375cc Mod Plus for you- in terms of bra sizes they run totally different depending on the manufacturer so you may be a C at the department store but a D at Victoria's Secret, so I would worry less about that.

breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. Unfortunately it is impossible to recommend the best implant style, size or shape without an in-person examination that allows for the measurement of key breast parameters, as well as permits an in-depth discussion as to your desired goals and outcome. I would recommend continuing to discuss your concerns with your plastic surgeon or seek additional consultations to ensure that the implants you decide upon are the right ones to meet your expectations. The two sizes you are considering will only make about a half cup size difference. I would recommend going with the one your surgeon says fits the space best to give you the most natural look. I like to use breast implant sizers during surgery to help my patients achieve a look closest to their goals. I've included a video I hope you find helpful.

If you are struggling between those two sizes, consider going with 350 cc's. I think both sizes would look fine on you, but I would suggest not going larger than 375 cc's.
