Hi! I have to choose between 320 moderate or 375 moderate + (silicone mentor). I am 5 ft 7, 130 lbs currently small 36A. I would like to end up with a full B/small C (very important for me to have a natural look. I can’t decide between both. I feel like 320 I might find it a little to small, but I am scared that a 375 won’t look natural on me even if the surgeon says it is proportionnal (i don’t want to have a D) any advices, similar experiences?
Answer: Size of breast implants For your body/chest type and BMI, an average cup size is equivalent to 175 ml (cc) implant. So, if you want to go 2 cup sizes up, range around 350 would be adequate; any of these tree volumes will give you good result providing appropriate placement. Consider high profile! Good luck.

Answer: Selecting an implant The two sizes you are considering will only make about a half cup size difference. I would recommend going with the one your surgeon says fits the space best to give you the most natural look. I like to use breast implant sizers during surgery to help my patients achieve a look closest to their goals. I've included a video I hope you find helpful.

Answer: Debating between 325 vs 375cc implants Thank you for your inquiry. Your surgeon will be the best source of information regarding implant selection since this process typically involves measuring breast dimensions, assessing tissue thickness and skin tone, etc. These features can't be properly assessed using a photograph. Also, it is difficult to predict a person's final bra cup size because there isn't an exact relationship between breast implant size and bra cup volume. Hopefully your surgeon can help you pick the best implant size based on your body type and goals.

Answer: Size and Profile Selection Good morning, It seems like you have done your homework, and I lean towards the 350 or 375cc Mod Plus for you- in terms of bra sizes they run totally different depending on the manufacturer so you may be a C at the department store but a D at Victoria's Secret, so I would worry less about that.

Answer: Breast augmentation Thank you for the question. Implant selection is a complex and individualized process that requires an in-person assessment. You should spend a lot of time with your surgeon to ensure that all aspects of the process are addressed. I wish you the best of luck. Vasileios Vasilakis, MD. Answer: Choosing the right size and profile breast implants for you After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size and style breast implant is right for them. Dr. Ted Eisenberg, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and Author.
