Hello everyone, I’m a 35-year-old male and I’ve been researching options for my under-eye area. I have visible hollowness and darkness, which makes me look more tired than I actually feel. The darkness may be partly genetic, since my sister and parents also have it. While the hollowness is my main concern, I’ve also noticed that when I laugh or smile, my under-eyes develop a kind of bag/puffiness on top of the hollowness, which makes the area look even more uneven. I’ve been reading about fat grafting as a longer-lasting alternative to filler, and I’m wondering if this might be a good solution for me. My biggest concerns are: - Risk of lumps, bumps, or irregular texture after healing - Possibility of fat necrosis -Whether fat grafting could make puffiness or unevenness more noticeable -How natural the results typically look in the long term I want to clarify that I’m not looking for filler since I prefer a more permanent solution like fat grafting. I’ve attached a photo of my under-eyes for reference. If any surgeons could share their perspective, I’d be very grateful. Do you think fat grafting is a safe and effective choice for my concerns, or would you recommend another approach? Thank you in advance for your advice and guidance
