Hollowness periorbital area - what is the best treatment besides fillers? (Photo)

I’ve had filler in my under eyes and temples . I’ve dissolved my under eye fillers due to the Tyndall effect. However, I’m bothered by the hollowness on the side of my eye and under still. But mostly the outer corner. What is the best treatment for this? Fat transfer, filler or biostimulator?

Of cours eyou could always do fat grafting, although you appear to have a skinnier face/neck, which makes me think you may not have much fat to give. Honestly, you would probably be best served with orthognathic surgery to advance the maxilla because that will improve all your concerns.

What you are seeing is due to volume loss of the cheek/maxilla and descent of tissues. TO address the problem, you need to treat either/both of these. Since yoiu don't want to do filler, your other options are fat grafting for volume vs. a more extreme would be to do cheek implants/maxillary...
