You're curious about facial volume restoration!As we age, facial volume naturally decreases, and the skin begins to sag downward. Fat grafting is a procedure that restores volume by using your own fat to fill in hollow areas. This smooths out facial contours and enhances femininity by creating a fuller, more youthful appearance.Looking at the under-eye area, there is a noticeable tear trough hollow with protruding fat above it. In such cases, we recommend fat repositioning under the eyes. If there are also prominent wrinkles and sagging skin, lower blepharoplasty can be performed to remove the excess skin and help achieve a more refreshed, youthful look.Based on your photos, we recommend fat grafting to the forehead, temples, mid-cheeks, nasolabial folds, and lateral cheeks.As a result, your facial features will appear softer, more feminine, and overall more youthful.

It looks like you may have what is called a negative vector morphology, where the lower rim of the eye sits back a little.  Fat often improves this, but without better photos I cannot tell whether or not you have a little bit of lower lid bags that might prohibit fat transfer to the rim.  If you do have a herniation (bags), it should be removed during the procedure to ensure a smooth lid/cheek junction blend.
